About Us

We, Sibley and Amanda, are college students at the University of Central Florida. We are proud to be UCF Knights and we are proud to represent our school as we study abroad in Alcala de Henares, Spain during the fall semester of 2012. As Knights, we were especially pleased to learn that Alcala de Henares is the birthplace of the famous writer, Miguel de Cervantes, who wrote about one of the most famous knights of all time, Don Quixote.

This blog is meant to showcase our trip, from beginning to end, from the planning stages to our return. We hope that you enjoy it!
